Payroll Processing is a software tool to generate payslips for the employees of a company. It is a product used to generate the payslips based on the number of hours an employee works for the company. In U.S. the salaries will be paid based on the number of an employee works. This product is mainly developed to generate the payslips for employees working in India and U.S. In the Present market there are many software’s products which generate the payslip’s but all of them are very expensive. So MSSI has decided to develop its own tool to generate the payslip’s for the employees.

 
   
 


Graphical User Interface:

Materialsoft’s Payroll Automation software is window based solution with user interface very friendly to operate. It can also extract data from multiple time & access machines and devices.

Unlimited Company Support:

It supports multiple companies with multiple locations for the company within a company group and lets you to manage employees with divisions and various departments, designations, Grades etc.

Leave Management :

Automatic crediting and processing of leaves does away with the old manual method of crediting each employee and provides flexibility to the user to define the number of leaves to credit, frequency at which leaves should be credited and finally auto credits the same.

Shift Management:

The Software offers comprehensive automated processing of shift for specified group and every employee and their rotation on pre-defined time interval. It also keeps track of time spent by employee outside company location for company work.

Attendance Processing:

The system has built in component of automated attendance processing. It supports the Interface to various Access Control System to capture attendance data from Swipe Card, Finger Scan & Proximity Card & Bar-Code Readers. Also allows user to enter consolidated attendance manually for the week to enter the Attendance for the week.

Formula Wizard :

The system allows user to define the Tax, Perks and Salary heads as per the company policy. User can customize the Heads and Calculations as per their requirements.

Appraisal Management :

The Optional Advanced HR module allows you to keep records of Appraisals, Increments, Demotions. Optionally, it takes care of full recruitment process based on the Merits from the Data Bank and Emotional Qualities of the Employee and his/her behaviour in a given situation

Statutory Requirement :

The software generates all the necessary statements and reports required for the statutory purposes and comes pre-configured with tax savings modules for relevant investments with all possible heads.

Automated Salary Transfers :

The System generates the statements required by banks for automatic credits to employees accounts.

Settlement of Account :

The system provides al the necessary and comprehensive details for settlement of account on exit and termination of employees.

Reports :

Comprehensive Reporting system with more than 100+ pre defined reports. The system also provides many useful MIS like Absenteeism, Leaves, Late marks to check the track record of the employees and help in performance appraisal and decision support

Security:

The software is having very strong security module with provision for the AccountManager to assign right to the users.

Import / Exporting of Data :

    • For example, by passing the country code parameter, you could route the approval requests to the appropriate approver. Thus, all people who request a new account from Norway could be routed to a Norwegian account approver
  • Customize your approval routing rules, including:
    • complex routing rules with priorities, conditions, and various attributes

Forgot Password Support

  • Local users can request a password reset
  • Verify the identity of a requesting user via email before a password is reset
